How to start acquisition on rising edge without using external source

Wait a sec. Are you saying that basically ALL the DI, PFI and AI pins are occupied?

If so then your best solution is to just continuously record data into a buffer and then use software to scan through your trigger signal and throw away all the data that comes before the rising edge that will work fine. It just requires a bit if programming.

Yes, all the lines are occupied and I can't use any signal as external trigger. Do you aheva n example of how to buffer data and then through away the part before trigger?
