How to solve Error -1074396080 occurred at IMAQ array to color Image

In the same example, interchange the Img In and Img Dst wires.
-Use grayscale for IMAQ create '2' image which should be connected to Img Dst.

As you suggested some change for vi, that I did And its work fine means no any error I am getting.

But I am not getting continues Image, could you please explain me your second point.

And what changes I need to do in order to get continues images or video.

In attachment 1 there is screen shot of vi during operation that I am not getting video properly.

In attachment 2 there is screen shot of block diagram.vi.

In attachment 3 there is screen shot in which i made some changes in my vi in that I am obtaining output directly from the IMAQ cast image, but then i am able to get  live video but not continueous detection of object.

What change you did? you added again acquisition which was not there in your earlier post??
Can you upload your code also!!
-What you did not understand in my previous comment?
I asked you to create extra imaq buffer of grayscale type and connect that to Img Dst. and connect your image output coming from kinnect connect it to Img in input of vision assistant.

-Do you mean detecting object? From pattern match you can detect objects.Is that same what you are talking about?

Yah the same thing, like pattern matching.

In my case I want to detect some particular pattern, its detect the pattern but the thing is when light intensity is changed then its not working properly.

Means there is no accuracy, how should I solve this problem.

-Gradient method is more resistant to lighting variations as NI claims.
