How to run HWS file on NI-PXI function generator

Hi!

I created a HWS file with NI Analog Waveform Editor. I want to run this waveform on my PXIe-5433. How can I do this?

Where Do I Find hws File Functions in NI-SCOPE, NI-FGEN or NI-HSDIO 21.5 or Later?

its the newest (2023 Q4). Then I should convert it to TDMS and then what? In the future I should create TDMS files because HWS is out of date? Thanks!

Seems like NI-FGEN does not have a built-in API and shipping examples that can read TDMS files directly.

You might need to combine two shipping examples.

1. Fundamentals >> File Input and Output >> TDMS 
2. Hardware Input and Output >> Modular Instruments >> NI-FGEN >> Arbitrary Waveform Generation
