How to program C++ with NI-4060

To netters,

I am a new leaner. I need a advice from any one programing C++ with
NI-4060. I try to start a simple C++ program to measure DC voltage
with the NI-4060 card,and I start with the simple simplacq.C. I got
error said could not open include file 'simplacq.h', any help? Thanks
