I would be glad to help you with your LabVIEW application; could you please clarify exactly what you would like your program to do? To plot temperature data in LabVIEW, you can acquire data from your DAQ device using the DAQ Assistant VI (or lower level functions if necessary). This data can then be plotted to a Waveform Chart or Graph so that you can view temperature information during acquisition.
