How to make live radio channel?

Hello, 

I want to make a radio channel of my own in which I am doing live recording using a microphone and then want to transmit it on a specifed frequency band. I have two sub VIs which perform the individual tasks well but since I am new to Labview I am not able to combine them for performing the complete task. I am attaching here 3 VI's.

1. recording-audio-queued(version-8] : It records audio in .wav format.

2. USRP_fm_sound_transmitter 2010_NEW : It transmits audio from a saved .wav file.

3.USRP_fm_sound_transmitter 2010 : It is the one I have tried to come up by merging the two.

The 3rd vi is not working. Can anyone help in combining 1st and 2nd vi?

First question first, do you have a permission for broadcasting a radio channel. 

It is very sensitive issue and requires authorisation from government.
