How to inhibit windows buttons when runnning NI app

I have created an application in NI. I want to disable several windows buttons and I have created a new windows user. The problem is that when I work with files this user does not have the rights and the program fails.

How can I give rights to every users?

If files don't have the desired permissions, you should change them in
Windows. This doesn't have much to do with LabVIEW.

It can be done in LabVIEW, look at the "Set Permissions" function. When
logged in as the new user, this function will probably fail, because the
logged in user doesn't have the rights to change the permissions...
