How to inhibit panning of a waveform graph?

When one moves a cursor over a waveform graph, it is easy to drag it
outsilde of the meaningful area.

Is there a way to switch off the panning (scrolling of the display area)
of a waveform graph, once one has fixed the range of interest trhough
attributes XMIN, XMAX, YMIN and YMAX ?

Thanks for any advice.

If you want to avoid scrolling out of your plot, simply add
the following line to labview.ini file in your LabVIEW
directory:
scrollGraphCursors=False
