How to get rid of Error -50400

Hi 

I am using Ni-Pci 6143 and i am facing problem when i want to acquire analog signal. There is always an error showing while running in DAQ assistance. 

Error -50400 

"The transfer did not complete within the time period"

I am using labview 15

Well, the error suggests there is something wrong with your code, which you chose not to show us.  I can tell you "there is something wrong with your code, probably involved with timing", but you already know that.  If you want more information on your code, then post your code (and not a "picture" of it -- attach the actual VI).
