How to get Temperature & Humidity Data from DicksonOne DWE Data Logger

Good Day. I need your help with the Data Logger device. We purchased a DicksonOne DWE Data Logger and need to get Temperature & Humidity Data from the device. Does anyone can give suggestions on how to communicate to this device using either USB, Serial, WIFI or LAN? Im trying to search in google but I could not find any samples of VI.

why don't you ask DicksonOne as they sell those devices?

They also deliver a product manual. Did you follow the "Connecting to DicksonOne" chapter?

They state on their website "Note: DicksonOne Data Loggers require a DicksonOne subscription to function correctly." Do you got that?
