Hi,

 

I have License to LabVIEW 2013, but I can't to download from available link. I followed the instructions, and registred product on my profile, but when select the action "Donwload the product" the result is "resource is not found".

 

Please, how to get LabVIEW 2013 (64-bit)?

If you are properly logged in with the license registered to your online account, it should work just fine.  Try your link again.  I worked for me.
