How to get Excel Workbook CustomDocumentProperties?

Write to a cell instead of copy to clipboard, good idea.

But the problem is that the value is the default value, NOT updated from SharePoint Server.

This solution don't work. CustomDocumentProperties I don't read any way. I read only buildinDocumentProperties like that:
