How to generate multiple pulse trians by DAQ assistant

I am trying to generate multiple pulse trians by DAQ assistant, but found with one DAQ assistant VI the channels have some conflict. For example, I chose two physical channels of Dev1/ctr0 and Dev1/ctr1, but their terminals are the same one, i.e. Dev1/PFI12 in my case. Also, I want to one channel to outpul N pulse, the other channel 1 pulse, but I cannnot make it, because DAQ assistant seems to only allow one same generation mode for both channels. Could someone give me some clue? Thanks!

Hi newxuxuxu,

The default output for CTR 0 is PFI 12, but the default output for CTR 1 is listed as PFI 13.  I do see the behavior you are talking about with DAQ Assistant regarding N pulses versus 1 pulse.  However, I was able to use two separate DAQ Assistants to set one counter for N pulses and the other for 1 pulse.
