I'd like to generate a TRUE/FALSE value base on iteration or cycle number. Let say from 0-30 should return a TRUE value then FALSE value for the next 100 iteration or cycles and this routine will keep going until the user stopped the vi. The only solution I have right now is to create an INI file and use it as a look up table but this might not be practical due to its limitation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance and HAPPY FRIDAY!! ![]()

Instead of lookup table, you can mention ranges in INI file.
At start of the program just read all ranges and then you have to compare current iteration falls in which range and accordingly select True/False value.

You could try something like this. Use the Quotient & Remainder to reduce the Iteration count into the range on interest and the In Range & Coerce to check for the True range.

Thanks to both of you....
