How to find QMG 220 IP?

Hello everyone,

I am using QMG 220 but I have a problem in finding its IP address.

I already tried quadera software but it also not showing any IP.

furthermore, I used advance IP scanner by setting the different IPs network range but still, I can't get IP.

Help needed!

This does not sound like a LabVIEW question. Please explain.

Seems a plain networking problem. Is everything connected? All cables OK? all IP addresses configured correctly and on the same subnet? etc. etc.

I think your problem is related to the ethernet configuration, have you tried using NI MAX?
