How to draw the ISOcandla diagram(2D sphere)

Dose anyone know how to draw the ISOcandla diagram(2D sphere), I'm work with a LabVIEW project to develop user inerface to get the goniometer test data from IES file then draw the diagram to create the test report.

You can draw it using Polar plot, you can find an example in labVIEW examples, then you can modify as for multiple plots.

The polar plot uses a picture control as canvas.

As modifying is probably not that easy, you might consider starting over. Also not easy, but doable if you get the logic behind the diagram...
