I am doing pump-probe experiment by using optical chopper having a frequency in the range of kHz. It takes 1 ms for one on-off of the laser through chopper. So, could you please help me to find out the time scale( micro-second/nano-second/pico-second) in graph of amplitude vs time? Thank you!

The time axis only depends on your acquisitions rate (which you do not mention). You can measure a square wave (Laser on/off) wave with microsecond or millisecond resolution, unless is is used as the acquisition clock. We need more information on your complete setup. Once you know the rate, you can set dt of the time axis.
