How to detect signal change in real time using DAQ Assistant

I have attached a graph of three channels of data received from my PXI 4462 card. The values shown are after some scaling; all of the original values are below 10 V. I would like to write a program where once the voltage measurement changes from its original state, it sends a signal somewhere else to activate another function. What is the easiest way to do this? I have attached me current program used to capture the data.

First of all, you don't have the right architecture for what you are describing. Try to use a state machine. 

Second, when you say change, how much a change are you talking about?

Third, where are you trying to send the signal and what function are you trying to activate? You have to give as much details as you can.
