How to delete a particular sheet in a workbook?

One nice tip which might probably work:

Activate Macro Recording and then delete the sheet manually. Stop recording and take a look into the script if there are any useful entries.

Please note that i don't know if this works on deleting sheets, but this is a great approach for all ActiveX interactions with Office applications.
