Right mouse click on the indicator or control. Select "Create" and then "Property Node". Then right click the mouse on the property node and change it to "Change to Write". Right click the mouse and "Add Element". Now you will have two elements list. They both should be "Visible". Select one of them and change to "Blinking". Set the "Blinking" element to True all the time or equal to the value of the indicator itself since it will only be visible when it True. Set the "Visible" element equal to the indicator value which will display it when true and turn it off when False.
