Did you see the Examples installed with the "Agilent E363X Series Power Supply" Instrument Driver?
After installed, on my PC, I can found in this location. Take a look on yours: C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2017\instr.lib\Agilent E363X Series
There you can find the "Agilent E363X Series.lvproj" LabVIEW Project, with some Example VIs. I think these examples can help you to develop a better code.
