How to change Agilent B2901A "measure speed" via Labview

I am new to Labview and I am trying to control Agilent B2901A via Labview program. But I can not find the option for "measure speed" in Labview, this have bothered me a few days.

Did you read the manual of your SMU? There you will find the information you are looking for…

I guess you will need to use one those two options:

• reduce the accuracy of the readings to improve sample rate
• use some internal buffering to improve sample rate (as long as sufficient memory is available)
