Make sure to install NI-IMAQ for USB before you try anything!

I have already installed imaq usb .. but even though i am unable to access features like IMAQ USB Close.vi,IMAQ USB Open.vi,IMAQ USB stop.vi, IMAQ USB Grab acquire.vi, etc. I am using labview 2009 in windows 7 environment. PLease help...

Do you mean you don't see the 'IMAQ USB' palette?  It should be right in 'Vision and Motion'.

no sir .. i am unable to see the usb palette.. instead.. when i am opening an example vi ... the usb palette components are not getting loaded...

please help sir!

Hmmm.  There are many messages at the bottom of the driver link I gave you (above).  It appears that a lot of people are having problems getting this to work.  NI doesn't officially support these drivers but I think you need to try contacting tech support anyway.

 

I've had no issuses installing or working with these drivers but I'm using LV8.5 on winXP
