How to calculate transfer function using proportional frequency bands

I am using sound and vibration toolkit and I am calculating the transfer function between two signals. I am using the FRF vis which gives the magitude, phase, df and f0. This data is on linear scale, but I want to calculate the transfer function between two signals where the frequency is not fixed linearly. I want to calclulate the transfer function where the frequency bandwith can be selected by user (1/3, 1/6, 1/12, 1/24 (Note: This is usually done while calculating SPLs)). In other words I need a way to calculate avaeraged transfer function depending up on the selelcted frequency bandwidth or one can say I am trying to visualise transfer function in octave bands.
 
Any help would be appreciated.

I would look at the SVT Fractional Octave Analysis.vi under the Octave Analysis section of the toolkit.  You can select the bandwidth you wish to use there as a control, and then you can do your post processing after that for the transfer function.
