How to calculate impulse response from frequency response data by IFFT??

Hello,

i want to calculate the impulseresponse from complex frequency-response data.

My problem is, that for the first ten frequnency responses my frequency response

is very bad. But i can´t cut these values out of my complex array coz if i do so the

sampletime doesn´t fit anymore to my frequency response. What can i do??

Hello RRapha,

do you use the Impulse Response Function PtByPt.vi?

In that case, it might help to modify that VI to use the Cross Power.Vi instead of Cross Power PtByPt.
