How to add extension to file-selection-dialog

Hello,

i have a path-selection control on my panel.

When i click the folder-icon a popup appears with Selection Mode = Files / New or existing.

After closing the seelction-dialog this appears ind the text-box.

What can i do that the inserted filename is displayed with extension?

Use Pattern in browse options  : example "*.jpg"
