How do you insert a jpeg into the front panel

Solved!

Hi

I'm new to labview and have written a vi using a NI USB 6008 datalogger reading from a sensor which then performs a calculation and displays a value. I am trying to put our company logo on the front screen when running but can't work out how to do it. The logo is a jpeg file.

I'm using the trial 2010 version.

thanks

Andy

Hello,

Drag and drop your jpeg file from windows explorer to the front panel of your VI should work.

Hope this helps

Hi,

I think that Titou answered to your question if you only want to import a logo.

Just in case you would also need it, to change the entire Front Panel Background, right click on the scrollbars of the FP >> Properties. Then you can import an image of your project, etc...

Thanks for the quick reply, I can't believe how simple it is to do it. I've been trying for about an hour to do it through the functions menu.
