How do have your DAQ use multiple channels?

It looks like you're making some good progress. Can you try running the counter examples that come with NI-DAQ? Specifically, please run the Count Edges (DAQ-STC).vi and let me know if you observe the same issue with the jumps in the pulse count. You can access this example by loading the example finder, selecting Browse according to Directory Structure, then go to daq>counter>daq-stc.llb>Count Edges (DAQ-STC).vi

I did actually. One of the first things I tried. Pretty sure I got the sub vis by copying it off of there.
