How do I programatically set the date and time of my FP-2000 in LabVIEW RT?

I checked out the following knowledgebase document which has a tool for setting the system time, but I also need to set the date:

How can I do this?

Jim,

The only way to set the date, currently, is by configuring the FP-2000 to get the date and time from a Time Server on a Windows PC. See page 3-4 of the FP-2000/2010 User Manual.

I will submit a request for the ability to programmatically change the date as well as the time.

There is an example that you can use to programatically change the date on the FP-20x0. It will also work on other hardware platforms and other RT engines - one exception is laptop computers, where it sets an offset date and time. Take a look at http://zone.ni.com/devzone/explprog.nsf/webmain/37175DBC3696A1AC86256A850051097D?opendocument&node=dz52105_us

Thanks,
Dafna
