How do I fix the error 32812, which occurred at FP Read.vi?

I just installed the updated drivers for Fieldpoint 5.0.1 and tried to run the program. However, I got the "error 32812 occurred at FP Read.vi. Possible reason: Fieldpoint: The specified tag name was not found." When I went into the directories, the file was there with the rest of them, so I don't know why it can't see the file. If someone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting on the discussion forums.  This error is usually caused by the name for the comm resource, the device name and the item name being incorrect.  This can be caused because they are case sensitive or extra characters or spaces.  Here are two great KB's on the error
