How do I find missing vision VIs

I installed NI vision for Labview 2014 and am trying to open code that was developed in 2009. The problem is that I'm missing some vis such as the resample and IMAQ Cast Image. How do I install them?

some of vi eliminate in higher version or change so if you want to access for such vi you have to go and find them in example version of last version 

but about the  resample vi it is not normal one because it should be in any version 
I attach you a vi consist of  resample vi open it and tell me if it is empty and unknown if not you just forget place of vi in your toolkits otherwise there was a problem with your installation and you to reinstall it

Your two missing functions are parts of the Vision Development Module. Can you double check that you installed Vision Acquisition Software and Vision Development Module?

I agree with Hatef. If you have Vision Development Module and the functions are not found, repair Vision Development Module
