I was not able to find any information regarding using LabVIEW to access the directory structure on an Android device. I'm not entirely certain if that is possible since the LabVIEW Bluetooth functions use RFCOMM, which emulates a serial connection. If it is not natively possible to access the directory structure via RFCOMM, you may be able to write an app which publishes the directory information via a RFCOMM channel.
The documentation for the LabVIEW Bluetooth VIs can be found here. There are also some shipping examples within the Example Finder that can give you an idea of how to get started with the Bluetooth VIs.
