How control 2 tank and thermometer?

Hi all

I have problem with my first project in LabView.

I do not know why a project created by me not want to act. He has to rely on filling a tank heated to 90 then to 40 and a suitable temperature will transfuse to 2 tank (the first decrement, 2 increment). The project aims to act in a loop.
I used 2 buttons:
Turn on - attach machine-work is not possible when it is off.
Start work - starting a process, when the process stops off but retains value.
