How can any view Fr. Panel LV my computer via Internet.

Hello all.

I have LV 7.1.

I created front panel LV on my computer which is situated at my home .

Then I connect with my provider.

How can any via Internet view and control  a front panel LV on my computer?

Hello Aleksandr
I think it's possible with your IP adress
eg : http://123.123.123.123/myvi.htm
(you must activate LV web server)

jerome

Hello Jerome.
Thanks for the answer.

But I don’t understand: my provider give me only space for my site. And Control Panel LV will be situated on my computer.

What can I do that any man, who see my site from Internet can see Control Panel LV on my computer?

And what is the program : myvi.htm?

Best regards.

The online help for LabVIEW describes how this is done. Go to "Help -> VI, Function, & How to Help". Change to the "Index" tab and enter "Internet" in the search field.

Basically you need to publish your VI as an HTML document. There is a built-in tool that allows you to do this, accessed from the "Tools -> Web Publishing Tool" menu item. This will create an HTML file (the "myvi.htm" that was referenced as an example in Jerome's post) that users on the internet can access via a URL. Note that users who want to access your VI this way will need the LabVIEW Run-Time engine installed on their computers if they don't have LabVIEW.

I would suggest looking in the online help and if there's something you're still unclear about ask.
