How can I implement frequency hopping

Hi

Would you please let me know How I can implement frequency hopping using NI-USRP.

I have a frequency list and I can use Modulation and Spectral Measurment toolkit.I would really appreciate if you show me with an example how to implement frequency hopping in chain of modulation and demodulation blocks.
