How can I connect the output of the camera to another while loop?

I am doing a project where I want to acquire images with two cameras and process the images below. My question is how can I connect the cameras while loop to while loop image processing.

It is not at all clear what you want to do.  I recommend that you follow the principle of "Write the Documentation First", and write down 3-6 sentences describing what you want to do.  Describe the frame rate, how much data, what sort of processing, when do you want to process (before acquiring the data, while acquiring the data, after acquiring all the data, etc).
