I am attempting to use LabView VIs for the Tektronix VX4250. They rely on some very old VIs for VXI communication (instead of the newer VISA based VIs). 

 

From an old thread (https://forums.ni.com/t5/Academic-Hardware-Products-myDAQ/My-LabVIEW-Version-does-not-have-the-file-...) I was able to find the missing VIs, but they were developed in LabView 4.0 and will not open in 2020.

 

I can probably get a old version of LabView running to operate these, but I was curious if it was possible to upconvert the VIs to run in 2020?
