HAVING TROUBLE IN INSTALLATION OF EPM PALLETE

i am using labview evalution for my project-power quality analysis by virtual instrumentation..for this i downloaded the epm palette but when m trying to install it ,it informed me that no software is installed or removed,,??

What EPM palette? Can you provide a link where you got this?

Please indicate what version of LabVIEW you are using and what operating system.

thanks for replying..windows 7 is my operating system..i am currently using labview 2011 evaluation version..its electrical power measuremeent palette.. http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/8652  .i have tried both options.

Do you have administrative rights to install software?

i have my personal laptop.so i have all right to do so.
