GPIB USB HS installation

I'm having a little trouble installing my GPIB USB HS interface.

I've installed the 488.2 into Windows 10.

it recognizes the GPIB USB HS Max. if I right-click I don't get anything i.e. configure or enable?

Question, do I have the right driver installed etc.

What did you install?

Do you see the device in MAX? (Can you show a screenshot of MAX?)

Can you test the device in MAX?

Does MAX detect external devices connected to your GPIB interface?

 The GPIB-HS requires three things...

1. Base drivers. These should have been installed when the device was first discovered by Windows
2. NI-488.2
3. NI-VISA (the full VISA not just the VISA Run-time)
