Scrolling Text - Create a scrolling text on toolbar or anywhere on
the window.

File Time - Get/Set file times: create, modification, access times.

Set Parent plus - Set child/parent relation, and takes care child
window position shift problem.

Wall paper - Set wall paper.

System Power Status - Get system power status.

Key Down - Simulate press and hold a key.
