Analog Devices, Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development Engineer who will be responsible for the development of new test platforms forthe company’s semiconductor (IC), high volume manufacturing test environment.
Responsible for establishing and driving yield enhancement, test time reduction and quality improvement programs for components such as high speed Jitter Attenuators, VCO/PLL, Amplifiers, Switches, Attenuators and other RF circuits.
Previous ATE test development experience is a must.
This position will require extensive experience and knowledge in test platform development utilizing PXI and ATE platforms and test algorithm development.
Will require close co-operation with design engineers and product engineers to insure that the production test platform will meet current and future production test requirements.
Individual must be able to clearly articulate his/her ideas and manage a project. Some travel may be required.
Minimum MSEE, preferred PhD with 5-10 years experience.
Must be LabView certified.
Competency in metrology fundamentals
Experience in the design and development of test methods utilizing PXI platform and other industry production testers.
Testprogram development for production testers
Working knowledge of one or more programming languages:
NI Test Stand
Load board design and use of handlers
Experience in mixed mode production test
Knowledge of standard tests ( Iddq, open/short, scan, IO,IP3, Phase Noise, etc …)
Experttertise in test data analysis, e.g. using Galaxy Examinator
