Frequency measurements off USB 6009 digital in

You can certainly perform a frequency measurement on the analog signal you get from the 6009.  I have no idea what you tried to do but just wire the signal out to something like Extract Single Tone.

If you access the LabVIEW example finder, can you find this VI:  Acq&Graph Voltage-Int Clk.vi

The folder tree for this VI in example finder is Hardware Input and Output --> DAQmx --> Analog Measurements --> Voltage --> Acq&Graph Voltage-Int Clk.vi
