All your questions are basic LabVIEW questions. Consider taking a LabVIEW classe or at least use the LabVIEW Help and Examples to find answers.
Hint 1: In the VI that I posted earlier there is an additonal parameter (with comment) that you didn't copy over to your code. Also when you configured the Convert from Dynamic the selected mode 1D array of waveform is pretty descriptive for what you get out of it
Hint 2: If you open the LabVIEW Help window and search for 'cursor' you don't have to go far to find the information you need. Try to create a new graph and follow the instructions for 'adding cursors'. It walks you through all the options.
