Fieldpoint FP-2000 and Labview 7.0

We have some old FieldPoint FP-2000 and Labview 7.0 running on Windows 2003.

1. can we upgrade the Labview version to run on a recent Windows SO and still communicate with the FP-2000?

2. can we have NI OPC UA or other compatible OPC UA , running with the FP-2000?

Fieldpoint is old, very old.

Compact Fieldpoint went end of life around LV 2015.  I do have compact fieldpoint applications running on LabVIEW 2015 SP1 using Fieldpoint 15.5 drivers on Windows 10.  These are cFP-2120 and 2220 controllers.

But FP-2000 is much older.  Look at https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/model.cfp-2000.html  According to that you need LabVIEW realtime 8.5.1 or earlier.  LabVIEW 8.5 does not support Win 10 since it came out around 2007.    See LabVIEW and Microsoft Windows Compatibility

That doesn't go all the way back to 8.5, but you can see that Win 7 supported only started with LabVIEW 2009.

So the answer for #1, is no.

For #2, I don't know if you can run OPC UA with the FP-2000.
