Failed to Load Library Error When Using HTTP Client VIs in RedHat

When I try to use the HTTP Client VIs with my RedHat system I get the following error: 

OS and Network Services:  (Hex 0x8ABC7021) Failed to load library.

I am using LabVIEW Professional 2013.

Does anyone know what I need to do?  I followed the advice in the problem of the same name, except in UBUNTU and added the suggested links.  That did not solve the problem.

Hello CAL_VG,

The error you're getting is most likely being thrown by your operating system.  However, if it's LabVIEW libraries that are failing to load, it might be helpful to narrow down which HTTP Client VIs specifically are causing the issue.  

Which of these VIs have you tried to use?  Have they all thrown the same error?
