Using the FTDI example from their website, if it is run in continious mode functions fine. If a while loop is wrapped around it and run then messages accumulate at the Bytes Written of FT_Read_Byte_Data.vi. Stop running does not clear them out. Closing the vi and reopening it does not clear the accumulated messages out. Shuttimng down LV does not clear them out. The control for FT_Purge.vi is set for FT_Purge_RX/FT_Purge_TX.
