FPGA is busy operating interactive mode?

This has only happened once before and I'm not sure how I fixed it. I compiled my FPGA file but when I try to run it directly on the FPGA, I get the following error:

The operation could not be performed because the FPGA is busy operating in Interactive mode.
Stop all activities on the FPGA before requesting this operation.

But it's not running (to my eyes). I have tried deploying-all again, closing out of the project and opening again, but still always comes up with the same error. Has anyone else ever encountered this? I've been successfully running this FPGA VI many times before, so this seems to be a random bug.

I'm running LabVIEW 2020 32bit and FPGA 2020. If you do end up looking at the VI that I attached, don't mind the messy code. I'm currently hashing things out

Ok well, I decided to walk over and power cycle the cRIO. Problem solved in a sort of hoky way

I never use interactive mode. I understand sometimes it can be beneficial.

Even though a host VI seems to be extra effort there are many bigger benefits that it avails you to. Better control over the FPGA just one benefit.

I, on the other hand, use interactive mode a lot.

Horses for courses I suppose.
