Since your FFT is "DC centered", you also need to set the offset of the X-axis to ensure that zero is in the center.
What kind of scaling do you want for the y-axis?

Which method do you think is the right one?
For the second plot it would have been nice if I could normalize the y-axis, it's fine that the x-axis isn't 0 centered.
