Extract Labels of controls and indicator to use in Python Script

Hello Labviewians,

I am using Python scripts to run a vi. There are about 50 controls and indicator in my vi and I don't want to type each indiviual Label in my Python script. I was wondering if there is a  way to extract the labels of all the controls and indicators on the FP of a vi.
