When I leftclick and hold my mousebutton in the title bar of my Labview application, all serial communications drop out for 1 second. Have tried execution priorities, fast i7 machines, nothing helps - serious serial glitch.
Details: LV2011, Windows nport COM driver for Moxa terminal server, 5 HZ transmission of 30 bytes, event driven program.
Timer events drive the 5HZ communnication. These pile up in the queue. After about a second, the messages come off the queue at 10hz or so until it catches up, then resumes normal operation.
A rapid lef click in the title bar causes no disruption. Does not seem to be a redraw issue.
